To make it listen to localhost only, edit Apache’s configuration file (in your XAMPP’s installation folder, go to apachhe\conf, and open httpd.conf). The should be a line saying:

Listen 80

Change this to:

Listen localhost:80

After that, restart the Apache service so this change can take effect.
